Spanish cookery class: During the workshop, you'll learn all the techniques and tricks of the trade that will help you make the following dishes: Gazpacho andaluz (chilled tomato soup), Spanish omelette with tomato-rubbed bread, Paella, Crema catalana (Catalan crème brûlée).
Tapas cookery class: During the workshop you'll learn the techniques and tricks of the trade that will help you make tapas,including typical cod fritters or "surf and turf" meatballs.
Premium tapas and paella cookery class:During this workshop, you’ll create a varied five-course menu, featuring Mediterranean tapas and a seafood paella, accompanied by premium Spanish wines.

- Guided tour of the Boqueria Market (depending on the chosen option).
- Cookery workshop where you'll prepare a menu of Spanish or Catalan dishes.
- Spanish D.O. or Catalan D.O wine tasting and food pairing.

Please go to the meeting point indicated in your reservation. Make sure you arrive at the selected time to guarantee your entry, as your ticket will only be valid at the specified time or up to 15 minutes after the scheduled time.
- Spanish cookery class + Boqueria market. From Monday to saturdat, from 10am to 2pm.
- Spanish cookery class. Monday, tuesday, thursday and friday, from 6pm to 9pm. Friday, at 5pm, also visit the Boqueria market.
- Tapas and paella Premium cookery class. Wednesday, from 6pm to 9pm.
- Tapas cookery class. Saturday, from 6pm to 9pm. With the option of visiting the Boqueria market at 5pm.
