Mercantic is a large complex dedicated to antiques, housed in a former ceramics factory in Sant Cugat del Vallès, near Barcelona. Open from Tuesday to Sunday, it brings together antique dealers, restorers, curious objects and discoveries that invite a second glance. During the week, it operates as a permanent market. On Sundays, however, it opens up to the public, adding the atmosphere of a flea market, a stroll and a sense of discovery. There is also gastronomy, live music and a bookshop where time seems to stand still. A place to look twice and be surprised by what wasn’t on the list.

The market occupies a former ceramics factory founded in 1956. The original kilns are still visible, integrated into the structure of the site.
It houses the El Siglo bookshop, with over 150,000 volumes including antique and second-hand books.
On the first Sunday of every month, Mercantic transforms into a large open-air market offering books, records, second-hand clothing, and curious objects.
