At a U-shaped bar, diners are treated to a unique experience that blends Mediterranean ingredients with Asian influences. There are two defined seatings, and dishes are presented simultaneously to all guests. Highlights of Chef Arnau Muñío's creative cuisine include the tuna esqueixada with pine nut cream, asparagus with soy and rice vinegar or morel mushrooms stuffed with pig’s trotters and chestnuts. Every detail is carefully curated: from the glassware and crockery to the lighting. Closed at lunchtime, except on Saturdays. A must for lovers of fine cuisine.
