There are two defined seatings, and dishes are presented simultaneously to all guests. Highlights of Chef Arnau Muñío's creative cuisine include the tuna esqueixada with pine nut cream, asparagus with soy and rice vinegar or morel mushrooms stuffed with pig’s trotters and chestnuts.
