The Catalunya La Pedrera Foundation believes in an inclusive culture that is attentive to the needs of everyone, regardless of their abilities, for this reason La Pedrera Accessible offers services and resources for physical, sensory and cognitive accessibility. La Pedrera offers priority access to buy tickets without queues and access the building without waiting, to all those people with disabilities who want to visit the building, but it is not easy for them to plan a day and time. They can go directly and contact the public service team, with their accreditation and purchase their ticket or, if they have purchased it previously, access the building without queues through the main door at Passeig de Gràcia, number 92. All accredited assistance dogs are welcome. People with a disability of 65% or more can enjoy free entry to the La Pedrera Essential visit and to the exhibitions, and if a companion is required, they benefit from a reduced rate. Free access is granted at the ticket offices once documentation proving the degree of disability is presented. For the visit, La Pedrera offers different resources in the video guide, in different languages ​​and taking into account the diversity of needs and types of public, with elements such as subtitled videos, with interpretation in sign language, phrases with transcribed texts and texts in easy reading. The video guide is included in the price of the ticket and can be requested in the elevator access corridor.
