The venue offers multiple elements of interest for tactile exploration, such as the handicraft objects made and sold at Poble Espanyol, or the works displayed outdoors at the Fran Daurel Foundation Sculpture Garden.
Guide dogs are allowed.

The main entrance, although it has a slight slope, can be accessed without difficulty in a wheelchair.
Inside, most of the space is accessible, although the slopes due to the uneven terrain of Montjuïc mountain may present some challenges. In the Andalusian quarter, the cobblestone pavement makes mobility difficult.
The majority of level changes have been resolved with ramps, handrails or lifts, although some shops still have steps at the entrance due to the historical features of the site.
Adapted restrooms are available next to the Plaça Major and in the Monastery area.

In 2004, the Artesà and ASPASIM foundations created the first therapeutic craft workshop at Poble Espanyol. The workshop is located in the Plaça Major and hosts groups of up to 12 people aged between 18 and 65, accompanied by a monitor. Various activities are carried out in the workshop: macramé, sewing, painting, ceramics, jewelry making, among others.
The main objective of this therapeutic craft workshop is to promote the social integration of people with intellectual disabilities. In addition to facilitating the learning of craft trades and offering work and leisure alternatives, it helps to eliminate social barriers.
