The Cursa BUFF® Montjuïc-Tibidabo is an urban run connecting two of Barcelona’s most iconic landmarks. The route climbs steeply through neighbourhoods and varied terrain, offering a striking panorama of the city – from Montjuïc castle to the fragrant Mediterranean woodland on the slopes of Tibidabo. The first few kilometres are entirely urban, on tarmac, while the latter half winds along dirt trails, completing the full 21 km. It’s more than a sporting challenge; it’s a way to experience Barcelona between the bustle of the streets and the calm of nature.

This is good to know

A race that cares for its surroundings: sustainability and solidarity run through every kilometre. Participation is limited to protect the Collserola natural environment, and the event supports the park through donations.
From the sea to the woods, past viewpoints you can only discover while running. More than just a physical challenge, it’s a truly immersive experience.
Prefer not to reach the summit? There’s a shorter route finishing at Parc de l’Oreneta (Sarrià), covering 10 km in total.
