Trial Indoor is a high-intensity competition testing balance, technique and nerve on two wheels. Since 1978 it has brought the world’s finest riders to the Palau Sant Jordi, transformed for the occasion into a course of seemingly impossible obstacles. Here, touching the ground means failure. The bikes glide, climb and defy physics while spectators watch from just metres away – an experience as visually spectacular as it is adrenaline-charged. The competition is typically split into a Q1 round of five sections and a final featuring the top three riders.
The sections are designed to be visible from anywhere in the venue, though elevated areas offer a better view of the full course.
