Reserved spaces are available for wheelchair users. To book one, simply call 932 479 300 when purchasing tickets. There are five parking spaces in a row on Carrer de Padilla reserved for people with reduced mobility. The nearest car park to L’Auditori, at Plaça de les Arts and operated by B:SM (C/ Padilla, 159), also has spaces reserved for people with reduced mobility. There are also reserved spaces without seats for visitors who need to use mobility aids. Reduced-price tickets are available for a companion or where a third person is required. L’Auditori has designated comfort and quiet areas in Sala 1 Pau Casals and Sala 2 Oriol Martorell. Visitors who need to can use these areas to leave and return to concerts, following the guidance of front-of-house staff. They are prioritised for people with additional needs, including people with autism, Alzheimer’s disease or anxiety, among others.
