How to get there by accessible public transport:
The TMB bus routes serving the area are 7, 192, V25, H12 and X1, all of which are wheelchair accessible.
Glòries Metro station (L1) is equipped with a lift, which provides access from the central platform to the concourse via the exit marked Av. Meridiana. From this concourse, another lift provides step-free access to the area near the entrance to the DHub.
The museum entrance is also accessible from Glòries station on the TRAM T4, T5 and T6 lines, with no changes in level, including the pavements, which have appropriately lowered kerbs.
Parking:
There are public parking spaces reserved for people with reduced mobility who hold a disabled parking permit at 15 and 27 Carrer de Bolívia.
The nearest private car parks are Ona Glòries (173-175 Carrer de la Ciutat de Granada), Centre Comercial Glòries (208 Avinguda Diagonal) and the BSM car park at 173 Carrer de Badajoz.
Entrance:
The building has two entrances: Plaça de les Glòries (level 0G) and Carrer d'Àvila (level 0A). Both entrances are step-free.
Reception:
The information and visitor services desk has an adapted section allowing wheelchair users to approach comfortably.
Getting around the DHub:
Horizontal and vertical accessibility is ensured throughout the building.
Two wheelchairs are available for loan.
Escalators connect the different floors of the building, but wheelchair users can use the lifts with a loan card. Please ask for it at reception. The lifts are spacious and have capacity for 13 people.
The route through the museum presents no circulation difficulties. The rooms are spacious and there is sufficient space between the exhibits for wheelchair users to move around.
The flooring is non-slip.
There are seats for resting along the route.
Toilets:
There are accessible toilets on every floor of the building.
Baby-changing facilities are also available on level –1, level 0A and level 4.
