Orientation: At the entrance on Carrer d’Àvila, there are tactile floor markings that make it easier to locate the information and public service desks on the right. The tactile markings also guide you to the left where there is a 3D tactile model that reproduces the DHub building and its surroundings, and a directory on the wall in Braille and macro characters with information on the floors where the permanent exhibitions are located. Permanent exhibitions: The room sheet in the permanent exhibitions is in large characters in ink and Braille. Guide dogs are allowed throughout the premises.

How to get there by adapted public transport: The TMB buses that cover the area are lines 7, 192, V25, H12 and X1, all of which are wheelchair accessible. The Glòries Metro station (L1) is equipped with a lift, which allows access to the lobby from the central platform via the exit indicating Av. Meridiana. From this lobby, with another lift, you can access the area near the entrance to the Dhub without any difference in height. The entrance to the museum is also accessible from the Glòries station on the tram lines, TRAM T4, T5 and T6, without any difference in height, including the sidewalks, which are appropriately lowered. Parking: There are public parking spaces reserved for people with reduced mobility who hold a parking card on Bolívia Street, no. 15 and no. 27. The closest private car parks are Ona Glòries (c. de la Ciutat de Granada, 173-175), the Glòries Shopping Centre (av. Diagonal, 208) and the BSM car park located on Carrer de Badajoz 173. Entrance: The building has two entrances: Plaça de les Glòries (floor 0G) and Carrer d'Àvila (floor 0A). In both cases the entrance is at ground level. Reception: The information and public service desk has an area adapted for wheelchair users. Mobility within the DHub: Horizontal and vertical mobility is guaranteed throughout the building. Loan service for two wheelchairs. There are escalators that connect the different floors of the building, but people in wheelchairs can use the elevators with a loan card. Ask for it at reception. The elevators are spacious, with capacity for 13 people. The itinerary inside the museum does not present any difficulties in circulation. The rooms are spacious, and between the exhibition elements there is enough space to move around in a wheelchair. The flooring is non-slip. There are seats to rest along the route. Toilets: There are adapted toilets on all floors of the building. There are also baby changing facilities on floor –1, floor 0A and floor 4.
