L’Auditori is accessible from street level for people using mobility aids. The recommended entrance is from Carrer de Padilla. Front-of-house staff can help visitors with reduced mobility reach their designated places in the auditoriums and provide any other assistance they may need. Reserved spaces are available for wheelchair users. To book one, simply call 932 479 300 when purchasing tickets. There are five parking spaces in a row on Carrer de Padilla reserved for people with reduced mobility. The nearest car park to L’Auditori, at Plaça de les Arts and operated by B:SM (C/ Padilla, 159), also has spaces reserved for people with reduced mobility. There are also reserved spaces without seats for visitors who need to use mobility aids. Reduced-price tickets are available for a companion or where a third person is required. L’Auditori has designated comfort and quiet areas in Sala 1 Pau Casals and Sala 2 Oriol Martorell. Visitors who need to can use these areas to leave and return to concerts, following the guidance of front-of-house staff. They are prioritised for people with additional needs, including people with autism, Alzheimer’s disease or anxiety, among others.
