Vermut & Soul is a fair that brings together the tradition of the aperitif with a festive, laid-back atmosphere by the sea. Vermouth is enjoyed to the sound of music, as the city comes into focus through live sets, shared flavours and the occasional spontaneous toast. The programme is varied and well balanced, with stalls featuring craft drinks, food routes, workshops and music ranging from soul to Catalan rumba. The atmosphere is open and intergenerational, made for taking things at an unhurried pace: dancing, sharing a drink, discovering new talent and experiencing the city at a different rhythm.

Each edition brings together vermuterías, chefs and local music collectives.
Its themed routes, which can be added to your ticket, are especially popular, such as the “Ruta de les Braves” (potatoes cut into chunks, fried and topped with a spicy sauce) or the “Ruta de les Croquetes” (croquettes), allowing you to sample these tapas at different stops.
Open dance classes are also organised, giving you a chance to set your drink aside and join in.
