MediaTIC is a sustainable, energy-efficient building designed by Enric Ruiz-Geli in Poblenou’s 22@ technology district. Its translucent eight-storey façade plays with volumes, colours and materials while meeting demanding standards of sustainability and efficiency. Inside its cushion-like shell are spacious office areas that feel more like urban laboratories. Futuristic in appearance, the building has become a hub for information technology. It is not just architecture but a form of environmental activism expressed through high-tech design.
