The Parc de Cervantes is a vast nine-hectare themed garden devoted to roses. Far more than a conventional park, it is home to a monumental rose garden with over 150,000 blooms, reaching their peak between May and July. Its botanical route offers a sensory experience and a place for quiet reflection. Generous green areas invite strolling, resting on the grass or gentle exercise, allowing this corner of Pedralbes to dissolve the surrounding asphalt petal by petal. Red, yellow or white, the roses shape an ephemeral landscape best discovered when the park is in full bloom.

This is good to know

Since 2001, May has taken on a distinctly floral character: the Parc de Cervantes hosts the International New Roses Competition, where newly created varieties compete for the jury’s attention and a place in the collection.
At the entrance from Avinguda de la Diagonal, the Jardí dels Perfums brings together roses chosen not for their colour but for their unforgettable scent – an oasis sensed before it is seen.
