Haute cuisine restaurant run by a great team. Excellent mise en scène with an apparently unlimited capacity for creativity and innovation. Top ratings on every gastronomic list make it hard to find a table. The open kitchen runs with clockwork precision, and so does the service. Two set menus: one is classic, and the other one has the seasons' latest novelties. Sensations, flavours, textures, technique... All sublime. The flavour, imagination and perfection of their cuisine are hard to beat. Extensive, reasonable wine list. It’s aptly named: disfrutar means enjoy!
