Cuca de Llum is the panoramic funicular that links Plaça del Doctor Andreu directly with the Parc d’Atraccions Tibidabo amusement park in the quickest and least conventional way. Renovated in 2021, it takes you to the top of the hill in under five minutes, offering spectacular views of the city through its transparent structure. Inside, interactive screens provide educational content to enrich the experience. From the moment you start ascending the hillside, surrounded by forest with Barcelona unfolding beneath your feet, it feels like a moving postcard.

This is good to know

Its name is no coincidence. As the sun sets, the Cuca de Llum transforms into a mechanical firefly, winding through Collserola and lighting the way like a futuristic lantern.
A practical tip: access to the Cuca de Llum is included with any valid public transport ticket.
