Casal Lambda is a cultural and community centre dedicated to LGBTQIA+ rights and visibility. Based in El Raval and founded in 1976, it’s one of the city’s longest-standing spaces of its kind. It offers advice services, cultural activities and places to meet. Workshops, talks and exhibitions encourage reflection and shared experiences of sexual and gender diversity in a welcoming setting where community support and activism are part of everyday life.

This is good to know

It publishes LAMBDA magazine, the oldest of its kind in Spain and a long-standing voice of activism.
Taking part in its activities is not just about joining in, but about understanding from within how a key part of the city has been shaped and continues to evolve.
