Platja dels Balmins is a series of small, connected coves just a few minutes from the centre of Sitges. There’s no single way to be here: each stretch has its own feel. Some are quieter, made for switching off; others lend themselves more easily to conversation. Nudism is part of the setting, but it doesn’t define it. It sits naturally alongside those who come simply to pause, lie in the sun or watch the sea. With its mix of vegetation, rock and gentle slopes, the landscape feels easy and unforced, giving the place a slower pace that makes it easy to unwind.

This is good to know

Before settling in, it’s worth exploring the different coves: each has its own feel, and where you choose to stop shapes the experience.
Although it’s reachable on foot from the city centre, the path includes some incline, so comfortable shoes are recommended.
It’s one of the beaches with the longest-standing inclusive tradition on the Catalan coast, attracting a mixed local and international crowd.
