The Cursa de la Dona is a women’s race held every spring through Barcelona’s streets to raise funds for the fight against breast cancer. It’s a joyful, empowering event, where thousands of women of all ages run, walk or simply soak up the festive atmosphere. The 7–8 km route is accessible and scenic, filled with music, energy and a sea of pink. It’s a day of shared strength and solidarity, turning the streets into a space of community and visibility.

This is good to know

With a record turnout of nearly 36,000 runners, it has become one of the largest women’s races in Europe.
At the finish line, the atmosphere continues with open fitness and aerobics sessions for everyone in the event area.
