The content and route of guided tours can be adapted for visitors with visual impairments. Under the guide’s supervision, visitors may touch decorative elements such as stained glass and ceramics. Specific guided tours in Catalan, Spanish and English are also available for groups of visitors with visual impairments. These tours require a minimum of 15 participants. The lift buttons have Braille and raised lettering. Guide dogs are welcome throughout the building.
The recommended entrance for wheelchair users is via the Foyer square. The main entrance, where the revolving doors are located, also has emergency doors, which can be opened when necessary to allow wheelchair users to enter. There are no particular difficulties getting around the Palau. The building has several floors connected by three large lifts. A wheelchair stair lift is available on the Foyer floor, providing access to the balconies where the Foyer exhibitions are displayed. In the Lluís Millet Hall, a ramp provides access to the balcony of the columns. Wheelchairs are also available to borrow on request. Both the main concert hall and the Petit Palau have reserved spaces for wheelchair users. There are two accessible toilets in the Palau: one on the ground floor in the Petit Palau hall and another on the first floor of the main concert hall. There are reserved, clearly marked parking spaces for people with disabilities who have a disabled parking permit in the area around the Palau. The closest spaces are on Carrer Ortigosa and Carrer de Sant Pere Més Baix.
