The Pantalla Barcelona is a free film festival held across cultural venues in the city. Designed to bring cinema closer to neighbourhoods, it offers more than 100 screenings in community centres, with films exploring a different theme each season. The screen becomes a meeting point, bringing together different perspectives and formats: short films, feature films and documentaries are shown alongside talks and activities that add context. It’s a way of experiencing cinema in everyday spaces, outside the usual circuit.
