A small Japanese restaurant with a bar counter for eight, which is where you should eat, and a few tables. It offers one menu that is served to all diners at the same time. The meal follows a sequence of courses in which nigiri take centre stage: the mackerel and the seared tuna belly are enough to make you weep. The Miyazaki beef melts in the mouth, and the oyster in tempura is another of the menu's delights. To finish, the kakigori, a traditional Japanese ice cream, is a true spectacle. Chef Suto and sommelier Carolina provide exceptional service. A must-visit for lovers of Japanese cuisine.
