La Maroteca

Only fish and seafood from the Comes family boat in Vilanova i la Geltrú are served here. It couldn't be any fresher. There is absolute respect for the product, which arrives at the table without sauces or artifice so as not to steal the limelight. The wine list is short but select, with sparkling wines and quality references, and the desserts, few but well chosen. Prices are high, but consistent with the quality of the ingredients. The service is friendly and kind, with Agustí Comes explaining each dish. The restaurant has dining rooms, private rooms, a bar, a terrace and a fishmonger's where diners can place their orders in advance.
