This office has a service for lending traffic light activation controls, which is carried out by means of a deposit. These controls work at the request of the person, who activates the acoustic signaling of the traffic lights. It is also used to obtain information on the city's bus network and to locate the entrance to some buildings and facilities. A map of the Barcelona Metro lines can be consulted in relief and Braille. This information point also has a generic brochure of the city in Braille entitled Easy Barcelona. Available in Spanish and English. Some lists and information can be printed in large print. If you need it, ask the information staff for this service. There is also a shop where you can purchase gift items with shapes representative of Barcelona. Guide dogs are allowed.

Since the office is underground, there is a stairlift for wheelchair access. This facility is located at one of the two entrances, the one closest to Portal de l'Àngel. You must ask the office staff in advance to have it put into operation. The central information desk has a section adapted to serve wheelchair users.
