The Mirador de Torre Baró is a balcony perched high above Nou Barris, topped by an unfinished castle that watches over the horizon. From this hill, the gaze stretches across northern Barcelona and beyond, tracing the city’s 20th-century expansion like a living map. Here, the views merge with silence; the air invites strolling, deep breaths and quiet reflection. It is an open space where you can exercise or simply soak in the calm and the shapes of the city.

This is good to know

The castle was intended as a hotel at the start of the 20th century but was never completed. Today, it stands as an unfinished postcard, inviting the imagination to roam.
From its base, Nou Barris, Horta, Sant Andreu and Sant Martí unfold; in the distance, the Besòs river, Collserola and neighbouring towns such as Santa Coloma and Badalona are visible.
Free guided tours of the tower and family activities are offered – enjoy culture from the heights.
