Guided tours of the exhibitions and the building for blind or visually impaired people are available for groups of at least 10 people.
Prior registration is required by calling 931 847 142.
There are tactile elements in the guided tours of the building.

Guide dogs are allowed.

CaixaForum Barcelona offers guided visits to its exhibitions and building for groups of deaf or hard-of-hearing people, both in Catalan Sign Language (LSC) and adapted for oral communication. Advance booking is required by email at rcaixaforumbcn@magmacultura.com

CaixaForum provides induction loops at the reception desk, the bookshop and gift-shop counter, the Auditorium, Classrooms 1, 2 and 3, and during guided visits to the exhibitions and the building.

Mono audio is available in the Immersive Experience.

CaixaForum has no architectural barriers.

Parking:
Right in front of CaixaForum, there are two public parking spaces reserved for people with disabilities. In addition, on Maria Cristina Avenue, there is an underground car park with an elevator where there are also two reserved and properly signposted spaces.

Mobility inside:
The CaixaForum building is adapted for people with reduced mobility and provides access to all areas. The different floors are connected by spacious elevators.
The auditorium has reserved spaces in the last row for wheelchair users.
CaixaForum offers a wheelchair loan service at the information desk located in the lobby.

Restrooms:
There are adapted restrooms on Floor 0 and in the cafeteria.

Adaptation of educational workshops and guided tours of the exhibitions and the building for people with mental, intellectual or psychological disabilities.
