Houses and emblematic buildings
The building of the Faculty of Law at the University of Barcelona stands as one of the most emblematic examples of mid-20th-century Catalan architectural rationalism. It is notable for its use of a rolled steel structure that forms a regular module and transparent façades, precisely integrating structure and volume. Its design is founded on clear constructive economy and strict geometry, organising the whole into two perpendicular blocks that regulate space and light.
