This temple for meat lovers is run by a Uruguayan chef. Specialists in top-quality matured meats from Discarlux, a guarantee of success. The pork cheek croquettes are to die for, the Rubia cured meat is sublime, and the picaña (top sirloin cap) is excellent. They also serve a few fish and vegetable dishes that go down well with so much meat on offer. A fairly short wine list but with some top labels. Staff are friendly and attentive. An establishment sure to impress. Great décor in natural tones with lots of wood. Another point in its favour: the smoke and odour extractors over the tables.
