The Carretera de les Aigües is a panoramic dirt track running along the Collserola hills. Set between the city and the slopes, it follows a gently undulating route with open views across the Mediterranean and Barcelona’s skyline. Runners, cyclists and walkers share a wide, accessible path with few steep sections. It offers an easy way to exercise and step into nature without leaving the city, where the edges of the forest draw closer and the pace of the city drops away for a while.

Originally a service route for water pipelines, it now forms a quiet boundary between the bustle of the city and the tranquillity of the Parc Natural de Collserola.
The path is wide and gently sloping, making it suitable both for training and for walks with family or friends.
