It has 26 touch points with explanations related to the architecture and history of the Palau. It is also accessible to people in wheelchairs, and has subtitling and a magnetic loop. This model is free and open to the public.
During concerts, access is facilitated and a suitable situation is provided for people with disabilities. It is recommended to call 932 957 207 when purchasing tickets.
The Palau has a medical service during concerts, located in the lobby of the Petit Palau.
