Modern grill house with a warm atmosphere, although a bit dark, run by the owners of the Sartoria Panatieri pizzeria. Locally sourced cuisine that respects the product. The chefs make everything themselves, even the bread and cold cuts! The menu is short but appetizing. Everything is cooked on the grill: from the bread, the waffle with Ávila beef tartare or the brioche with mascarpone, red shrimp and smoked caviar to the T-bone steak and turbot, including the side dishes. Unfamiliar but interesting wine list.  You’ll definitely want to come back.
