Oriol Castro, Eduard Xatruch and Mateu Casañas, together with Nil Dulcet, present a more accessible proposal featuring signature dishes designed for sharing. The menu is varied and tempting, with oysters, brioches, rice dishes and the occasional recognisable nod to Disfrutar. There’s no formal tasting menu, although a surprise option can be improvised. The wine list spans multiple regions. The space is elegant, in warm tones, with generously spaced tables and an open kitchen.
