The Torres Brothers together with the Pantea Group bring their culinary expertise to the sea in an enviable venue in the Port Olímpic. The open-plan space features an open kitchen, plenty of light and sober, elegant décor. However, the acoustics could be improved. With the Mediterranean as a backdrop, seafood and rice dishes take centre stage here. Highlights include Bouchot mussels, lobster rice and monkfish suquet. Good wine cellar and plenty of staff. Prices reflect the quality and setting. A place to impress.
