Chef and owner Isidro Soler offers an updated take on traditional cuisine that handles the products with tender care and evolves with the seasons through the à la carte menu, set lunch menu and tasting menu. Dishes such as the terrine of cep mushrooms, foie gras, truffles and pistachios; jig-caught squid or venison sirloin reveal elegance and delicacy.
