Turrones La Campana has been working with Marcona almonds and rosemary honey for more than a century, making turrón, polvorones, marzipan and other sweets by hand. Founded by Francisco Miralles, who began making turrón at a young age, the business is now in its fourth generation. Each generation has kept the tradition alive while continuing to innovate: in summer, turrón shares the counter with ice cream and horchata (tiger nut milk).

This is good to know

If you are after the classics, start with Jijona and Alicante turrón, yema quemada and guirlache. They also make polvorones, marzipan and chocolate truffles in flavours such as coffee, raspberry and Cointreau with orange.
