The CCCB has a handbook with the texts of the exhibitions in large print and Braille. The contrast between doors and walls is low in some areas of the centre. The glass doors are marked with logos and dots, although occasionally the contrast may be insufficient or reflections may occur. Most doors are sliding. Possibility of arranging guided tours for blind people. Prior booking required. Guide dogs are allowed throughout the premises.

Access to the CCCB is on level ground and the interior is accessed by lifts that connect the various floors and long-distance ramps that in some cases exceed the percentage stipulated by regulations. As for the itinerary inside the different rooms, these are wide enough to allow people in wheelchairs to move around comfortably. The Centre takes into account the necessary width of passage when setting up its exhibitions. The reception desks and ticket offices are between 1.10 and 1.20 m high. The desks do not have adapted areas that allow people in wheelchairs or of short stature to approach. There are two parking spaces reserved for people with reduced mobility in front of the entrance on Carrer de Montalegre. The CCCB has two wheelchairs and folding chairs for use by visitors. The building has adapted toilets.

Since 2010, the CCCB has had the AlzheimArt program, which offers visits specially aimed at people with Alzheimer's disease, their families and caregivers. The CCCB also offers the texts of the exhibitions in easy-to-read format.
