A project by Chef Rodrigo de la Calle on the ground floor of the Hotel Almanac. A spacious and sophisticated restaurant with high ceilings and lots of light, where diners feel at ease. They offer healthy, creative cuisine made with local products. Vegetables are the stars of the show, although they also have meat, fish and rice dishes. The combinations of vegetables are very interesting and give tasty results. Attractive desserts. Short wine list with very high prices. Very attentive and professional service, as well as friendly. No boring vegetables here.
