While renovations take place at their Vallcarca restaurant, Roser and Fabio have relocated to the ground floor of The Serras hotel, formerly home to Informal by Marc Gascons. They continue to delight with their Italian-Catalan proposal which results in marvelous dishes such as chanterelles with baby cuttlefish in carbonara sauce or agnolotti with hare and foie gras. If you opt for the tasting menu, it is best to discuss it with Roser and let her guide you. The wine list has been expanded and improved, with reasonably priced gems.
