Fusion cuisine that combines ingredients from different countries, with a nod to the countries of origin of the three co-owners: Spain, Colombia and Costa Rica. The ambition for haute cuisine is evident both in the preparations and the detailed explanations from the staff. Lots of creativity, portions on the smaller side and variable results. The cauliflower foam with spider crab is superb, as is the Iberian pork loin. The wine list is eclectic, featuring a diverse selection at high prices. The young and friendly service can feel a bit intrusive at times. The space, with modern décor, is somewhat cold. There are few tables and a semi-private room at the back with good soundproofing. A different and interesting place.
